Gymnastics

Gymnastics is full for this season.

Gymnastics combines strength, flexibility and artistry. Artistic gymnastics is a discipline of gymnastics where gymnasts perform short routines (ranging from approximately 30 to 90 seconds) on different apparatus, with less time for vaulting.

WHEN: Beginners Sundays 4 pm to 5 pm
             Advanced Sundays 5 pm to 6 pm

EQUIPMENT: All equipment is provided.

WEAR: For practice, athletes should wear loose fitting clothing.

COMPETITION: Announcements will be placed here if practice is canceled for reasons related to weather or other unforeseeable circumstances.
