There are two local divisions in our Area: Traditional (the Warhawks) and Modified (the Nighthawks). Our teams have advanced to the Fall State Games in Virginia Beach and won Gold or Silver at each tournament. The sport is great fun and great exercise.

Skills Overview

Volleyball is a fall sport and runs for a minimum of eight weeks.

The program includes training for individual skills competition to develop basic volleyball skills. The development of these key skills is necessary prior to advancing to team competition. Skills include volleying, serving and passing.
