Downhill Skiing and Snowboarding
The Alpine program consists of both downhill skiing and snowboarding. Skiing and Snowboarding are sports that involve athletes descending a slope, which is covered with snow, on either ski’s or a snowboard.
Area 26's Ski and Snowboard team, is looking for new members. No previous skiing or snowboarding experience is necessary, but it does help. The team works with athletes on racing skills.
Athletes compete in slalom, giant slalom, and super-giant slalom. Area 26 boasts a dedicated group of coaches and athletes. We welcome all levels to come join in the fun!
