Cross Country Skiing and Snowshoeing

Do you want to learn or participate in a wonderful outdoor Winter sport where you get to see the countryside and enjoy the best that the snow has to offer?  Try the Winter version of hiking - Nordic Skiing or Snowshoeing.  These great sports are very aerobic and get you LOTS of fresh air...come to the country!

Cross Country (Nordic) Skiiing

To see the most country, put on some skis and head out into the snow.  We follow international guidelines on form, style and safety - it creates a great outdoor workout in amazing scenery...

Snowshoeing

If you like a slower pace, but a really great workout, try seeing snow country with a showshoe hike.

Our team practices in the same area as the Cross Country skiers, but we can go deeper off-trail.

Dress in layers so you can peel off clothes as you warm up.
Bring your equipment if you have it.
